Eddy Current Separator High-Frequency 0438-XH23
Our eccentric high-frequency rotor system was specially developed for the finest material grain sizes.
Unique on the market is our extremely precisely manufactured rotor system, which is balanced to the highest quality and can therefore be operated at a speed of 6500 rpm. The high speed generates the necessary high field frequency so that the number of poles can be kept low. A low number of poles is a prerequisite for achieving the greatest possible depth effect through large pole spacing.
Functional principle
The material to be separated is fed continuously and evenly across the entire working width onto the acceleration belt of the non-ferrous separator, forming a single layer of material.
At the end of the conveyor belt, the flow of material passes through the high-frequency alternating magnetic field of the magnetic rotor. Separable non-ferrous metal parts contained in the material are accelerated by the magnetic field and thrown over the separating apex of the discharge bonnet.
