Permanent Magnetic Plate 0411
Permanent magnets plates in hard ferrite or neodymium design hold iron parts that slip past at the pole gap running at right angles to the conveying direction.
They are an inexpensive and effective option for iron separation in simple applications.
Functional principle
HOW DO PROTECTIVE MAGNETS WORK?
Protective magnets are installed under non-magnetic material chutes. Ferrous parts contained in the conveyed material are caught and held by the magnetic field of the protective magnets. The ferrous parts collect at this point on the chute and must be removed regularly.
