When steel and cast parts enter a magnetic field, residual magnetism remains. For further processing, it is often necessary to sufficiently demagnetise such parts again.
The demagnetising system type 215 is characterised by its particularly strong demagnetising effect. It is used when complete demagnetisation of the parts is required, e.g. for measuring and cutting tools or milling cutters.
Demagnetising systems ensure extremely uniform demagnetisation of workpieces. The best demagnetisation results are achieved through optimum parameter settings. The belt speed, demagnetising frequency and distance between the demagnetising devices and the workpiece can be adjusted.
