WAGNER MAGNETE is one of the industry leaders in parts of its production. In order to ensure product quality in clamping and environmental technology, the focus is now more than ever on technology transfer and the close integration of industry and application-orientated research and development, in addition to good employee training. We were therefore one of the first companies to join the Memmingen Technology Transfer Centre , which was founded a few years ago and acts as a link between research and industry.

This enables us to expand our high standards in the separation of non-ferrous metals , for example: WAGNER MAGNETE is one of the recycling pioneers in the industry when it comes to recovering valuable metals . Extensive research and testing work is also required in the areas of control electronics, demagnetisation and the development of metal detectors, magnetic separators and clamping devices . For example, our special clamping magnets have been used successfully for years for laser welding of "tailor blanks" : the precise magnetic holding of these customised sheet metal blanks has become irreplaceable in the automotive industry.

Our technical centre at the Heimertingen site has always been of outstanding importance - for us and our partners. In the technical centre, we test individual devices and machines or their interaction under operating conditions. Together with customers or interested parties, we determine which magnet technology is best suited for the respective application.

To meet the high requirements, a new technical centre was built and put into operation in 2016.
