We offer a wide range of customised magnet stations especially for the special spatial and process-related requirements in the panel board line magnetstation.
The magnets are height-adjustable and, in conjunction with the customer's system control, are positioned at a minimum distance just above the chip layer and continuously tracked vertically.
For panel board line magnetstation with adjustable side walls, the magnets of the SR VAR series can be automatically adapted to the width of the panel board line magnetstation.
Functional principle
How do lifting magnets work?
Lifting magnets are installed above conveyor belts, vibrating conveyors or material chutes. Ferrous parts contained in the conveyor flow are magnetised as they pass through the magnetic field and are pulled upwards out of the material by the magnet. The ferrous parts collect on the lifting magnet and must be removed regularly.
