Stainless Steel Separator Pulley 0431NV
The centrepiece of all WAGNER Stainless Steel Separator Pulley 0431NV is the innovative neodymium magnetic belt roller with a diameter of 400 mm. The strongest magnetic material currently available is fitted into the magnetic carriers using special devices in such a way that the magnetic field on the roller surface is extremely strong and at the same time the greatest possible depth effect is achieved.
Many stainless steels that are only weakly magnetisable and therefore could not previously be deposited are held by the roll. Due to the large spatial expansion of the magnetic field, even unfavourably shaped stainless steel parts are optimally magnetised.

Functional principle
HOW DO STAINLESS STEEL SEPARATORS WORK?
The material to be separated is fed continuously and evenly across the entire working width onto the conveyor belt of the stainless steel separator, forming a single layer of material. At the end of the conveyor belt, the flow of material enters the extremely strong and deep magnetic field of the magnetic belt roller. Weakly magnetic stainless steel parts are magnetised and held on the conveyor belt, while the remaining materials fall off. The stainless steel parts are pulled out of the magnetic field either by the force of weight or by the transverse cleats attached to the belt.
