Electronic-Pole-Reversal-Control-Unit 755
The pole reversal control units of type 755 are compact and very versatile control units for magnets of all kinds.
Reversing the polarity reduces the magnetism in the magnet and the workpiece. Clamped parts can therefore be easily removed from the magnet. Within their defined performance range, the pole-reversal control units can be configured and used for practically any type of magnet using suitable parameters.
In the case of devices for standard applications, the basic configuration is carried out during final testing at the manufacturer's premises. The basic configuration determines the basic characteristics of the pole-reversal control unit for controlling the solenoid. A distinction is made between the solenoid types (electro, electro permanent and neodymium solenoid) and the nominal voltage of the solenoid. Another basic setting is the number of selectable holding force levels via the holding force inputs.
The device is adapted to the respective magnet with the easy-to-perform calibration process.
For demagnetisation, 15 different programme cycles are available for both electro and electro-permanent magnets. For special applications, the pole-reversal control unit can also be configured or calibrated using a monitor programme available as an accessory.
