Adhesion load cell 691-1
The adhesive force load cell is used to determine the tear-off force of magnetic clamping systems.
Application:
The load cell is placed in the centre of a magnetic pole changer and the system is switched on. By turning the hexagon spanner clockwise, the integrated pressure piston is moved hydraulically and the ring-shaped steel surface surrounding the piston is lifted off the magnetic surface when the holding force limit is reached. A slave pointer fixes the measured value. The displayed pressure in "bar" corresponds to the adhesive force in "daN/cm²".
