Electro-Lifting-Magnet 536
Type 536 Electro-Lifting-Magnet 536 can be used for handling or automated transport and handling of steel products. Threaded holes are provided on the back for attaching the magnets. Various attachment points are also available.
The magnet body is made of special steel with high magnetic conductivity. The winding is made of highly insulated copper wire and is moulded into the magnet housing, completely protected against vibration and moisture. The electrical connection is available in different versions depending on customer requirements. The direct current supply can be provided by our rectifier or, if controlled via PLC, in fully automated operation with our electronic pole-reversal control unit.
If the electric lifting magnet is not used exclusively in the fused area, a backup battery and an automatic warning device for signalling the power failure are required in accordance with EN13155. This ensures that the parts to be transported can continue to be held safely and emergency measures can be initiated. After switching off or in the event of a power failure, the parts are released immediately or with a slight delay, depending on the material and weight.
