For simple applications up to approx. 350 mm working height, the permanent tramp iron magnets with hard ferrite magnet system are a cost-effective solution.

For special applications where particularly strong attraction forces are required or installation conditions are tight, the lifting magnets can also be designed with a very strong but compact neodymium magnet system.

We recommend our cleaning belts as accessories. These make manual cleaning easier.

Functional principle

How do lifting magnets work?

Lifting magnets are installed above conveyor belts, vibrating conveyors or material chutes. Ferrous parts contained in the conveyor flow are magnetised as they pass through the magnetic field and are pulled upwards out of the material by the magnet. The ferrous parts collect on the lifting magnet and must be removed regularly.
