Plate-Demagnetizing-Unit 215 R
The Plate-Demagnetizing-Unit 215 R with actively driven rollers is required when large-volume and heavy workpieces weighing more than 300 kg need to be demagnetised. The entire frame of the system has a solid design and is ideally suited for this type of application. In order to achieve optimum results, the plate demagnetiser installed in the conveyor system is equipped with so-called extended poles. This eliminates the distance created by the drive rollers and the maximum magnetic field strength is available directly at the workpiece surface.
Even workpieces on Euro pallets can still be reached and demagnetised by the alternating magnetic field.
