Air Purge Holes
Air Purge Holes are used when large workpieces need to be securely clamped magnetically. After machining, these workpieces adhere firmly to the magnet due to adhesion, and it is extremely difficult to remove them without damaging the finished part. However, this problem can be elegantly solved with the help of blow-out holes. By introducing compressed air between the magnetic clamping surface and the component, the workpiece literally "floats" above the surface and can be removed without any problems.
Another advantage of these blow-out holes is that they make it easier to position large-format steel sheets and other workpieces. This effect considerably simplifies positioning, which saves time and effort.
The use of integrated blow-out holes offers numerous advantages:
- Efficient handling of the workpieces
- Increase in productivity
