Customized Magnet-Design for Tailor-Welded Blanks

Customised solutions for precise laser welding

 

Special designs, especially for tailored blanks, are used in laser welding systems to ensure a precise and customised welding solution. Tailored blanks are special sheet metal components that consist of different materials and material thicknesses in order to reduce weight and increase the strength and rigidity of components.

 

The use of customised designs enables the welding system to be precisely adapted to the specific requirements of the tailored blanks. Each special design is individually developed and manufactured to ensure optimum adaptation to the weld seam. This results in a precise and reliable weld that meets the high quality standards of the automotive and manufacturing industries.
