Electrical Connector Plug

Our clamping magnets can optionally be equipped with a Electrical Connector Plug.

The advantages of the plug-in electrical connection are

  • Simple installation: Rotating magnets do not require a rotating current transmission.

  • Flexibility : The plug-in electrical connection allows you to flexibly adapt and reconfigure your magnet systems. Individual magnets can be easily replaced.

  • Ease of maintenance: The plug-in electrical connection also makes it easier to maintain your magnet systems. In the event of a fault or defect, you can simply disconnect the electrical connection and inspect or repair the affected area. This saves you valuable time and reduces downtime in your production.

  • Safety: Thanks to the built-in plug monitoring, the pole reversal control unit can recognise whether the plug is inserted in the magnetic chuck. Switching operations are only carried out when the plug is inserted.
