Splitter with Protection Shell

The splitter with protection shell from Wagner Magnete is made of high-quality materials that have been specially developed for high wear resistance and durability. The apex plate is made of manganese high-carbon steel, which has a high degree of hardness and strength and is therefore particularly resistant to wear.

 

Wear-resistant composite materials are used to further increase the service life of the separating edge. These materials combine the advantages of different materials and thus offer high resistance to abrasion, corrosion and erosion. In combination with the manganese-hard steel of the apex plate, the cutting edge with wear protection thus forms a robust and reliable solution.
