Radial pole pitch

Magnetic system -01 and -11

Radial pole pitch is a proven and popular technology for a wide range of applications.
 
In this magnet system, the magnetic poles are arranged radially so that the magnetic field runs in a radial direction. This arrangement causes the attracted iron parts to turn during discharge and thus fall off the drum. This minimises the risk of jamming and material jams, which increases the efficiency of the separation.
 
In addition, radial pole separation is particularly suitable for applications with large material throughputs and high conveying speeds.
