Magnetic drum separator with excavating mode of operation
The variant of the magnetic drum separator with lifting mode of operation from Wagner Magnete is characterised by a particularly effective separation of iron particles from the conveying stream. The material is conveyed in the direction of the magnetic drum via a vibrating conveyor chute, where it is attracted by the strong magnetic field and held on to the rotating drum shell.
The discharge bars of the magnetic drum ensure reliable removal of the iron via the upper apex, while the remaining material flow can continue unhindered.
This ensures the smooth separation of ferrous and non-ferrous materials and creates an efficient recycling solution.
