Lifting magnets
Lifting magnets
Our neodymium lifting magnets are used wherever maximum magnetic force is required in the smallest of spaces.
Functional principle
How do lifting magnets work?
Application-optimised electromagnets
Many solenoid manufacturers only build electro-lifting solenoids with small round cores and a large-volume housing without side poles. Due to their dimensions, these magnets convey a non-existent strength. Although the round coil generates high field strengths under the centre, it does not completely fill the available winding space.
Due to the additional lack of side poles, such magnets are only effective in a very limited area under the magnet centre.
With sophisticated winding technology, special wire and insulation material, as well as high material input and labour costs, we produce wire coils in an optimised form with a very high number of turns and low current consumption.
The available coil space is optimally utilised. The magnetic core and the side poles cover the entire material flow.
We optimise the magnet structure for each individual application.
Extremely strong neodymium lifting magnets
Wherever there is little space available for lifting magnets, neodymium lifting magnets come into their own.

Neodymium-iron-boron is the strongest magnetic material available on the market for the construction of permanent magnets. It can be used to build extremely strong magnet systems that weigh significantly less and take up less space compared to hard ferrite magnets.
