Eddy Current Separator Universal 0438-X49
Our tried and tested 0438-X49 standard series can be used universally for almost all applications.
The high-precision balanced and eccentrically mounted rotor system operates at a speed of 3000 rpm for all working widths from 600 mm to 3000 mm.
Functional principle
The material to be separated is fed continuously and evenly across the entire working width onto the acceleration belt of the non-ferrous separator, forming a single layer of material.
At the end of the conveyor belt, the flow of material passes through the high-frequency alternating magnetic field of the magnetic rotor. Separable non-ferrous metal parts contained in the material are accelerated by the magnetic field and thrown over the separating apex of the discharge bonnet.
