Electro-Magnet-Clamping-Plate 112
with cross-pole pitch
The internal polarity change of this magnet system corresponds exactly to the distribution of the poles on the clamping surface. This ensures an even distribution of the holding force over the entire clamping surface.
This pole division also allows you to clamp workpieces on the long sides of the pole plates.

Structure:
Electro-magnetic clamping plates essentially consist of three components: a solid steel base, a copper winding and a pole plate.
The winding is moulded into the lower part and is therefore reliably protected against vibrations and moisture ingress. A decisive quality feature of our pole plates is the optimum balance between electrical power consumption and achievable magnetic force.
The winding is moulded into the lower part and is therefore reliably protected against vibrations and moisture ingress. A decisive quality feature of our pole plates is the optimum balance between electrical power consumption and achievable magnetic force.
In practical use, the pole plate is subject to wear. It is therefore designed in such a way that it can be reworked many times before the processing limit is reached. The pole plate can be easily replaced, which increases the service life of the clamping plate. The pole plate can be customised to your requirements at any time. Possible options include additional threaded holes, T-slots, profiles, etc.

The Highlights
SERIES 112
- Adjustable clamping force prevents uneven workpieces from being clamped through
- No deformation of the workpieces thanks to finely adjustable clamping force
- Solenoid duty cycle 100%
- Protection class IP 67
- Customised sizes also in XXXL
- Homogeneous temperature distribution and heat dissipation across the entire clamping surface
- Inserts in the pole surface enable the clamping of profiled workpieces
- Sustainability thanks to the ability to replace worn pole plates when continuing to use the magnet system
