This special type of pole pitch offers you a distribution of north and south poles over the entire clamping surface in both longitudinal and transverse directions.
In many cases, this allows you to achieve a considerable increase in holding force compared to other forms of pole pitch.

Structure:
Electro-magnetic chucks essentially consist of three components: a solid steel base, a copper winding and a pole plate. The winding is moulded into the lower part and is therefore reliably protected against vibrations and moisture ingress. A key quality feature of our chucks is the optimum balance between electrical power consumption and achievable magnetic force. In practical use, the pole plate is subject to wear. It is therefore designed in such a way that it can be reworked many times before reaching its working limit. The pole plate can be easily replaced, which increases the service life of the entire chuck. The pole plate can be customised to your requirements at any time. Possible options include additional threaded holes, T-slots, profiles, etc.
